Why Business Matchmaking Services?

For years, I spent hours writing my ideas and plans down in my journal.  My thoughts were always about creating new businesses and implementing these ideas.  I felt that I was positive, creative and hopeful about the future but I wasn’t making any money.  I had a business with very little income but, a lot of potential.

That’s when my SuperPowers were born.  I had to become uncomfortable and talk to strangers about my services.  I did everything from cold calling, to soliciting to different businesses, to setting up a table at tradeshows with no idea on how to give a presentation. The drive to become better gave me endless energy to keep moving forward even when I stumbled a hundred times.

Recently, everything made sense to me for the very first time.  It was during a conversation when someone asked, “How did you build a business in the Caribbean?”   I said, “I took a plane and just started knocking on doors to let people know about my services.”  That’s when I realized I didn’t know anyone when I started the business.  The only success I had was based on the connections I created by building solid relationships with people.  Then I thought to myself, “I wish there was a place where people can GO and find connections to grow a new business.”

We live in an era where Internet is becoming the place to conduct business and where we can find all sorts of information but, you can never take away the face to face aspect of conducting business and building relationships.  That’s why GOALYGO Network focuses on business matchmaking.  We want businesses to meet potential clients and partners face to face.  It is an opportunity to grow each business significantly by having more connections.  It is your goal one step at a time so why not give yourself the most important piece of any business; The connections.
